58. פסק דין מוסכם

הסכימו בעלי הדין למתן פסק דין בנוסח מוסכם, רשאי בית הדין או הרשם ליתן פסק דין כאמור, אף אם הסכימו בעלי הדין לגופו של ענין בלבד ולא על סכום הוצאות המשפט, ובלבד שהוסכם מי ישא בהן, ובית הדין או הרשם ישום ויקבע בפסק הדין את ההוצאות האמורות.
