בסימן זה –
”הממונה“ – כמשמעותו בחוק שירות המדינה (גימלאות) [נוסח משולב], התש״ל–1970 (להלן – חוק הגימלאות);
”ערעור גימלאות“ – ערעור על החלטה סופית או על החלטת ביניים של הממונה או של נציב שירות המדינה לפי סעיפים 43 או 101 לחוק הגימלאות.
