הוראות סימן ג׳ לפרק ב׳ יחולו על ערעורים לבית הדין, ולענין זה כל מקום שנאמר ”תובע“, ”נתבע“ או ”תובענה“ – קרי ”מערער“, ”משיב“ ו”ערעור“, לפי הענין.
