10. ביטול החוזה
תיקון: תשע״ב
(א)הודיע המבטח על ביטול החוזה על פי תנאיו או על פי חוק זה, מתבטל החוזה כעבור 15 ימים מהיום שבו נמסרה הודעת הביטול למבוטח.
(ב)הודיע המבוטח על ביטול החוזה על פי תנאיו או על פי חוק זה, מתבטל החוזה כעבור שלושה ימים מהיום שבו נמסרה הודעת הביטול למבטח.
