27. המועד לתשלום תגמולי הביטוח
תגמולי הביטוח ישולמו תוך 30 ימים מהיום שהיו בידי המבטח המידע והמסמכים הדרושים לבירור חבותו, אולם תגמולי ביטוח שאינם שנויים במחלוקת בתום לב ישולמו תוך 30 ימים מהיום שנמסרה למבטח תביעה לפי סעיף 23(א), והם ניתנים לתביעה בנפרד מיתר התגמולים.
