9. החזרת סעד מעזבון
תביעה לפי סעיף 7 מותר להגישה נגד אדם או נגד עזבונו; אך אין החובה להחזרת הסעד חלה על העזבון אלא במידה שיש בו עודף על הדרוש לסיפוק מזונותיהם של הזכאים להם.
