12. דיווח לכנסת
תיקון: תשע״ח, תשפ״ג
השר הממונה ידווח בכתב לוועדה לביטחון לאומי, ב־1 במרס, מדי שנה, על כל אלה:
(1)מספר ההוראות על חסימה שניתנו לפי סעיפים 3 ו־4, מספר ההוראות שניתנו לפי סעיף 6, ומספר השיחות הנכנסות למוקד החירום;
(2) (א)מספר הפניות שהתקבלו במוקד החירום;
(ב)מספר נתוני המיקום של מתקשר שנצפו תוך כדי הפנייה או לאחריה, לפי הוראות סעיף 1ב;
(ג)מספר נתוני המיקום של מתקשר שנצפו לאחר הפנייה לפי הוראות סעיף 1ג.
