22. אין חבות בלי חתימה
(א)אין אדם חב בתור מושך או מסב או קַבָּל של שטר אם לא חתם עליו בתור אחד מאלה.
(ב)חתם אדם בשם מסחרי או בשם נטול, הריהו חב על פיו כאילו חתם בשמו הוא.
(ג)חתם אדם שמה של פירמה, הרי זה כאילו חתם שמותיהם של כל הֶחָבים בתור שותפים לאותה פירמה.
