42. חילול במיאון ותוצאותיו
(א)השטר מחולל במיאון באחת משתי אלה:
(1)כשהציגוהו לקיבול כראוי וסירבו לקבלו בדרך שנקבע בפקודה, או שאין אפשרות להשיג קיבול כזה;
(2)כשהיו פטורים מלהציגו לקיבול והשטר לא קובל.
(ב)חולל השטר במיאון עולה מיד הזכות לאוחז, בכפוף להוראות הפקודה, לחזור על המושך ועל המסיבּים ואין צורך להציגו לפרעון.
