תיקון: תשל״ג
שר המשפטים רשאי לקבוע בתקנות את האופן שבו יעידו שטר בישראל לענין סעיף 72, צורת ההעדה והאגרות שיש לשלם בשל כך; כן רשאי הוא לקבוע את ההליכים שיש לנקוט בהם כדי שהעדה כאמור תהיה תקפה אם ניתנה לאחר הזמן שנקבע לה.
