75. ביטול רָשותו של הבנקאי
חובתו ורָשותו של הבנקאי לפרוע שיק שמשך עליו לקוחו חֲדַלוֹת על ידי –
(1)ביטול הוראות הפרעון;
(2)ידיעה על מות הלקוח;
(3)ידיעה על פשיטת רגל של הלקוח.
