86. שטרי חוב ביחד ולחוד
(א)שטר חוב יכול שייעשה בידי שנים או יותר, ויכול שיהיו חבים על פיו ביחד, או ביחד ולחוד, הכל ככתבו.
(ב)היה כתוב בשטר ”אשלם“ וחתומים עליו שני בני אדם או יותר רואים אותו כשטר חובם, ביחד ולחוד.
