89. חבותו של עושה שטר
העושה שטר חוב, הריהו, במעשהו זה –
(1)מתחייב לפרוע אותו ככתבו;
(2)מנוע מלכפור לפני אוחז כשורה בקיומו של הנפרע ובכשרו להסב בשעה שהסב.
