9. שטר בר־פרעון עם דרישה
(א)וזה שטר בר־פרעון עם דרישה:
(1)שטר שנאמר בו שיש לפרעו עם דרישה או עם ראייה או עם הצגה;
(2)שטר שלא נאמר בו שום זמן לפרעון.
(ב)שטר שקוּבּל, או שהוסב, לאחר שעבר זמנו, יראוהו לגבי הקבל שכך קיבלו עליו או לגבי מֵסֵב שכך הֵסב אותו, כשטר בר־פרעון עם דרישה.
