36. צירוף נתוני אשראי מפורסמים לחיווי אשראי
תיקון: תשפ״ו
לשכת אשראי רשאית למסור לנותן אשראי, יחד עם חיווי האשראי לגבי לקוח, נתוני אשראי לגבי אותו לקוח המפורסמים על פי דין ונתוני אשראי אחרים הקשורים לנתונים כאמור, והכול כפי שקבע השר באישור הוועדה.
