53א. שמירת חיווי אשראי
תיקון: תשפ״ו
(החל מיום 26.7.2027): נותן אשראי וכל אדם אחר שקיבל חיווי אשראי (בסעיף זה – מקבל החיווי), רשאי להחזיק בחיווי האשראי שישים ימים מיום קבלתו; חלפה התקופה האמורה, ימחק מקבל החיווי את חיווי האשראי.
