79. דרכי בירור
(א)בירור תלונה יהיה בדרך שתיראה לממונה, והוא לא יהיה קשור להוראות שבסדרי הדין או בדיני ראיות.
(ב)הממונה יביא את התלונה לידיעת הנילון וייתן לו הזדמנות להשיב עליה; נגעה התלונה ללשכת אשראי, יודיע הממונה גם לממונה על פניות הציבור בה.
(ג)ביקש מתלונן להופיע לפני הממונה, רשאי הממונה לזמנו לצורך שמיעתו.
