7ג. ניגוד עניינים של נושא משרה בלשכת אשראי
תיקון: תשפ״ו
(החל מיום 26.1.2027): לא ימונה ולא יכהן כנושא משרה בלשכת אשראי מי שתפקידיו או עיסוקיו האחרים יוצרים או עלולים ליצור ניגוד עניינים עם תפקידו האמור או שיש בהם כדי לפגוע ביכולתו לכהן באותו תפקיד.
