87. מחיקת מידע מדגמי
תיקון: תשפ״ו
(החל מיום 26.1.2027): מידע מדגמי לגבי לקוח שהוא יחיד שנאסף לפי סעיף 85(3) או (4) יימחק ממאגרי המידע של בנק ישראל כאשר אינו נדרש עוד באופן סביר להמשך הליכי הפיקוח, ולכל היותר בתוך שלוש שנים ממועד מסירתו או איסופו, אלא אם כן הוא נדרש לשם הליכים לפי פרקים י״ג ו־י״ד.
