88. חובת הזדהות
תיקון: תשפ״ו
מפקח לא יעשה שימוש בסמכויות הנתונות לו לפי פרק זה, אלא בעת מילוי תפקידו ובהתקיים שניים אלה:
(החל מיום 26.1.2027): מפקח או בודק חיצוני לא יעשה שימוש בסמכויות הנתונות לו לפי פרק זה, אלא בעת מילוי תפקידו ובהתקיים שניים אלה:
(1)הוא עונד באופן גלוי תג המזהה אותו ואת תפקידו;
(2)יש בידו תעודה החתומה בידי הממונה המעידה על תפקידו ועל סמכויותיו שאותה יציג על פי דרישה.
