13. סייג לתחולת פרק ד׳
הוראות סעיפים 10 ו־11 לא יחולו לגבי מפגע כאמור בפסקה (3) להגדרה ”מפגע אסבסט“ אם האסבסט הוא כאמור בסעיפים 5 עד 7, וקוימו לגביו החובות לפי אותם סעיפים.
