22. רישיון מפעיל אתר פסולת אסבסט
המנהל ייתן רישיון מפעיל אתר פסולת אסבסט למבקש שמתקיימים בו כל אלה:
(1)הוא בגיר ותושב קבע בישראל;
(2)הוא מפעיל אתר פסולת או תחנת מעבר לפסולת שיש בהם תנאים, מיתקנים וציוד ומתקיימים בהם תנאים להנחת דעתו של המנהל;
(3)הוא מעסיק, בכל עת, לפחות עובד אחראי אחד שמתקיימים בו התנאים הקבועים בסעיף 17(ב)(1), בשינויים המחויבים.
