68. פרסום בדבר הטלת עיצום כספי
הוטל עיצום כספי לפי פרק זה, רשאי המנהל לפרסם בעיתון או בכל דרך אחרת את דבר הטלת העיצום הכספי וסכומו, את שמו של המפר ואת מהות ההפרה שבשלה הוטל העיצום הכספי ונסיבותיה, ורשאי המנהל להורות למפר לפרסם על חשבונו של המפר פרסום כאמור.
