9. מתן הוראות וחובת מסירת מידע
לשם הבטחת מילוי הוראות לפי חוק זה, לרבות לעניין אופן ביצועם של סעיפים 3 עד 8, רשאי המנהל –
(1)לדרוש מבעל נכס או מהמחזיק בו כל מידע הדרוש לו, ובעל הנכס או המחזיק בו ימסור את המידע כאמור למנהל;
(2)לתת לבעל נכס או חפץ שמותקן בו אסבסט או שיש בו אסבסט, ולמחזיק בו, הוראות לביצוע פעולות, להימנעות מפעולות ולהגשת תכניות; הוראות פסקה זו לא יחולו לעניין סעיף 7(ב).
