11. גבולות הזכויות למחצבים
הזכויות למחצבים לגבי כל קרקע יצומצמו לאותם המחצבים שבגבולות המאונכים של אותו שטח קרקע ולא ישתרעו על כל הסתעפות של עורקי מחצבים, גידיהם, רוכסיהם או אפיקיהם מעבר לאותם גבולות:
בתנאי שהזכות לקחת שמן מינרלי, חמר או אספלט לא תהא נפגעת מחמת העובדא שחמרים אלה זורמים אל שטח הקרקע ממקום שמעבר לגבולותיו:
