119. ערר מעכב את הביצוע
תיקון: תשל״ג, תשפ״ב
הוגש ערר על הודעת השיקום, יידחה ביצוע עבודת השיקום, בין בידי בעל המחצבה ובין בידי הקרן או רשות שמורות הטבע, עד לאחר החלטת ועדת הערר, או עד שחלפו חדשיים לפחות ממועד משלוח הודעת השיקום, הכל לפי המאוחר.
