126. פיצוי לבעל מחצבה החייב במיחזור
תיקון: תשס״ט, תשפ״ו
שר האוצר יקבע בתקנות פיצוי לבעל מחצבה החייב במיחזור, שישולם לו בעד השקעה בציוד שרכש לצורך ביצוע המיחזור לפי הוראות סעיף 122, ואשר מטעמים שייקבעו ואינם תלויים בו, נמנע ממנו להמשיך לעסוק בחציבה.
