19. זכות הממשלה לפרסם את הידיעות
הממשלה תקבל העתקות מכל הדו״חות, הידיעות, המפות, התרשימים, הדיאגרמות והפרטים, האנליזות והנסיונות של בדיקות, ביחד עם שתי דוגמאות מן החומר הנידון בהם, ותהא זכאית לפרסם את הידיעות שתתקבלנה מתוך כך או לטפל בהן באפן אחר ככל אשר תמצא לנכון, אם מקץ שלש שנים לאחר שקבלה אותן או מיד עם נתינת הרשיון לחיפוש או הרשיון לחיפוש שמן שהוא זכאי לקבלם עפ״י הוראות סעיף 17 או סעיף 23(1), הכל לפי התאריך המוקדם יותר.
