59. כיצד גובין דמי חכירה
דמי חכירה הקצובים בעד כל זכות כריה או חוזה חכירה לכריה או לכרית שמן או חוזה לחכירת פני האדמה, יגבו ע״י המפקח או ברשותו כדרך שגובה מחכיר פרטי דמי חכירה בדרך החוק.
