64. גידור וסתימה
אפשר לדרוש מבעל זכות או מבעל חוזה חכירה, בשעה שהוא מותר עליהם או בשעה שהם נשללים ממנו, לגדור או לסוכך, כדי הנחת דעתו של המפקח, כל בור וכל תעלה וכל מקום עבודה פרוץ וכל מפעל שעל פני האדמה באזור הכלול בזכות הכריה שויתר עליה או ששללוה ממנו, באפן שלא ישמשו סכנה לבני אדם ולבהמות בית.
