67. מי שלא מלאו לו 21 שנה אסור לו להיות בעל חוזה חכירה לכריה, וכו׳
כל שלא מלאו לו עשרים ואחת שנה אסור לו להיות, לא ישרות ולא בעקיפין, בעל זכות כריה, חוזה חכירה לכריה או לכרית שמן או בעל חוזה לחכירת פני האדמה, אלא בתורת בא כחו של אדם אחר.
