88. המחפש או חוקר שלא עפ״י הוראות פקודה זו הריהו עובר עברה
תיקון: תש״ח־3
כל המחפש או חוקר או כורה שלא לפי הוראות פקודה זו יאשם בעברה ויהא צפוי למאסר שנה אחת ולתשלום כסף ענושים בסך עשרים לירות לכל יום שבו הוא עוסק בחיפוש או בחקירה או בכריה כאמור בזה ולקנס בסכום חמש מאות לירות.
