99. הסמכות לברר משפטים
רשאי המפקח להחליט בכל משפט כזה ובכל ענין הנובע מתוכו כאשר ימצא לצודק, ורשאי הוא ליתן את כל הצווים וההוראות שיהא צורך בהם לביצוע החלטתו ורשאי הוא לפסוק לצד מן הצדדים הוצאות משפט הוגנות.
