15. ביצוע, תקנות ומינוי עובדים סוציאליים לפי חוק הגנה על חוסים
תיקון: תשל״א, תשע״א
(א)שר הרווחה והשירותים החברתיים (בסעיף זה – השר) ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה והוא רשאי להתקין תקנות בכל הנוגע לביצועו.
(ב)השר ימנה עובד סוציאלי ראשי וכן עובדים סוציאליים לעניין חוק זה, שיפעלו לפי הנחיותיו של העובד הסוציאלי הראשי, בדרך כלל או לעניין מסוים; חלק עובד סוציאלי על ההנחיות בעניין מסוים, ישוב העובד הסוציאלי הראשי ויכריע בדבר לאחר שקיים התייעצות בעניין זה עם העובד הסוציאלי ועם גופים אחרים שמצא לנכון.
