8. שינוי החלטות
תיקון: תשע״א
הוראה שניתנה לפי הסעיפים 5 עד 7 רשאי בית המשפט בכל עת, לפי בקשת החוסה, האחראי לו, העובד הסוציאלי לפי חוק ההגנה על חוסים או כל אדם אחר שההוראה ניתנה לו, לשנותה, לקצר או להאריך תקפה, לחדשה או לבטלה.
