12. חסינות אדם שהורד או שנמסר בישראל
מי שהורד מכלי טיס בישראל או נמסר בישראל מכוח הוראות חוק זה ורוצה להמשיך במסעו, לא תעוכב יציאתו מישראל אלא באחת מאלה:
(1)נוכחותו בישראל דרושה לצרכי הליכים פליליים או הליכי הסגרה;
(2)לא יצא מישראל תוך זמן סביר, לאחר שניתנה לו, אחרי הנחיתה, אפשרות לעשות כן.
