עבריין מין יהיה מצוי בפיקוח ובמעקב בהתאם להוראות פרק זה, במטרה להגן על הציבור מפני ביצוע עבירת מין נוספת על ידי עבריין המין ובמידה הנדרשת כדי למלא אחר מטרה זו.
