תיקון: תשע״א־3
הרואה את עצמו נפגע מצו הגבלה מינהלי רשאי להגיש, לאחר תיקון ההפרה או לאחר שפסקה עילת המניעה לפעילות המרכז המורשה, בקשה לעיון חוזר; הוגשה בקשה כאמור ומצא הממונה כי ההפרה תוקנה או כי אין עוד מניעה לפעילותו של המרכז המורשה, יבטל את צו ההגבלה המינהלי.
