20כח. קבילות ראיות במתן החלטה בעניין צו
תיקון: תשע״א־3
לצורך החלטה בבקשה בעניין צו לפי סעיפים 20כד(ו) או 20כו ועד להגשת כתב אישום, רשאי בית המשפט להיזקק לראיות אף אם אינן קבילות במשפט.
