8. סודיות ידיעות
על אף האמור בסעיף 4(ב), ובכפוף להוראות סעיף 368ד לחוק העונשין, מידע על עבירה נוספת שביצע עבריין המין, העולה מתוך הערכת מסוכנות, לא יתקבל כראיה, לא ייעשה שימוש בתוכנו, ולא ייקרא מעריך מסוכנות להשלימו או להבהירו במסגרת כל הליך פלילי, לרבות במסגרת חקירה; אין באמור בסעיף זה כדי לגרוע מהוראות סעיף 3.
