12. מסירת חומר מודפס
לא ימסור מדפיס חומר שהדפיס ושיש בו תעמולת בחירות, אלא לידי מי שהזמין הדפסתו או לידי מי שהוסמך לכך בכתב על ידי המזמין; ואם החומר מתיימר להיות תעמולת בחירות מטעם מפלגה או רשימת מועמדים, לא ימסרנו אלא לידי מי שהוסמך לכך בכתב על ידי אותה מפלגה או רשימת מועמדים.
