21. פיקוח
(א)הרשות תעביר מדי שנה לשר דין־וחשבון על פעולותיה; כן תפרסם הרשות סיכום שנתי של פעולותיה.
(ב)הרשות תעביר בכל עת לשר לפי דרישתו, דין וחשבון וכן מידע שוטף או חד־פעמי על כל ענין שהוא בגדר תפקידיה וסמכויותיה.
