19. גמול
שר האוצר רשאי לקבוע הוראות בדבר תשלום גמול לחבר המועצה בעבור השתתפות בישיבות המועצה או בדבר תשלום החזר הוצאות שהוציא לצורך השתתפות בישיבות המועצה, והוא רשאי לקבוע כללים, תנאים ושיעורים לענין זה.
