11. ישיבות המועצה
(א)ישיבות המועצה יתקיימו לפחות פעמיים בשנה; יושב ראש המועצה או שלושה מחבריה רשאים לדרוש כינוס ישיבת המועצה.
(ב)יושב ראש המועצה יזמן את הישיבות ויקבע את זמנן, מקומן וסדר יומן, ובלבד שהוא יכנס ישיבה לפי דרישת חברי המועצה, כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), תוך 21 ימים ממועד הדרישה.
