17. תפקידי הועדה המייעצת
(א)הועדה המייעצת תייעץ למועצה בכל הנוגע לקביעת תחומי ההסמכה והתקנים הבינלאומיים שעל פיהם תפעל הרשות.
(ב)הועדה המייעצת תייעץ למועצה ולמנהל, לפי בקשתם ופנייתם, בכל ענין אחר הנוגע לתפקידי הרשות המפורטים בסעיף 5.
(ג)הועדה המייעצת רשאית למנות, מבין חבריה ושלא מבין חבריה, ועדות משנה קבועות או לענין מסוים, לפי הצורך.
