34. העברת כספים שהוקצבו בחוק התקציב
הממשלה תעביר לרשות את כל הסכומים אשר תוקצבו בחוק התקציב לשנת הכספים השוטפת עבור אותן פעולות להסמכת מעבדות שביצוען מועבר לרשות, ושלא הוצאו עד יום תחילתו של חוק זה; לענין זה, ”שנת הכספים השוטפת“ – שנת הכספים שבה חל יום תחילתו של חוק זה.
