13. העברת חבר מכהונתו
תיקון: [שינוי תארים]
נשיא המדינה רשאי, על פי המלצת השר, שתינתן לאחר התייעצות עם שר הפנים [קרי: שר לבטחון הפנים], להעביר חבר המועצה מכהונתו אם הוא –
(1)הורשע בעבירה שיש עמה קלון;
(2)איבד את הכושר הגופני או הנפשי למלא את תפקידיו;
(3)נעדר ללא סיבה מוצדקת מארבע ישיבות רצופות של המועצה.
