4. כללים לדרכי טיפול באסירים
תיקון: תשפ״ב, תשפ״ג
השר, לאחר התייעצות במועצה ובאישור הוועדה לביטחון לאומי של הכנסת, יקבע כללים לטיפולה של הרשות באסירים, ובין היתר רשאי הוא לקבוע דרכי פעולה לענין סעיף 3(3) וכן סייגים ומבחנים לטיפול באסירים, בין דרך כלל ובין לפי סוגי אסירים.
