21. כהונת המנהל ותנאי העסקתו
תיקון: תשנ״ג
(א)תקופת כהונתו של המנהל תהיה חמש שנים; המועצה באישור השרים רשאית להאריך את המינוי לתקופת כהונה נוספת.
(ב)המנהל יחדל לכהן לפני תום תקופת כהונתו באחת מאלה:
(1)התפטר במסירת כתב התפטרות ליושב ראש המועצה;
(2)השרים ויושב ראש המועצה, באישור המועצה, קבעו כי נבצר מהמנהל, דרך קבע, למלא תפקידו.
(ג)השרים ויושב ראש המועצה, באישור המועצה, יקבעו את שכרו ותנאי העסקתו של המנהל.
