10. תפקידי המועצה
(א)ואלה תפקידי המועצה:
(1)לקבוע את מדיניות הרשות;
(2)לייעץ לממשלה בכל הקשור בביצוע חוק זה;
(3)לאשר את תקציב הרשות;
(4)לפקח על ביצוע תפקידי הרשות.
(ב)המועצה רשאית למנות ועדות מבין חבריה ולאצול להן מסמכויותיה.
